Quality Control
China Loong Environmental Machine Co., Ltd. applies systematic quality control throughout material purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment. Our procedures are designed to support consistent product quality across environmental protection and recycling equipment, including dust collectors, air pollution control systems, shredders, crushers, balers, recycling lines, composting equipment, and water and waste treatment machinery. Inspection requirements are established according to product specifications, intended operating conditions, and customer-approved technical documents.
1. Incoming Material Inspection
Quality control begins with the inspection of incoming materials and purchased components. Our team checks available supplier documents and verifies critical items against purchase requirements and engineering specifications before they are released for production.
- Raw materials: Material type, dimensions, thickness, surface condition, and other specified properties are checked as applicable.
- Mechanical components: Motors, reducers, bearings, shafts, blades, pumps, valves, fans, filters, and hydraulic parts are reviewed according to the equipment configuration.
- Electrical components: Control devices, cables, sensors, switches, and protective components are checked for correct models, ratings, and visible condition.
- Nonconforming materials: Items that do not meet internal inspection standards are identified, separated, and evaluated before further use.
2. In-Process Quality Control
Inspection points are incorporated into fabrication and assembly to identify issues before they affect the completed machine. Depending on the product, our production personnel and quality team monitor cutting, machining, welding, surface preparation, component installation, pipeline connection, electrical wiring, and system assembly.
- Key dimensions and assembly positions are checked against approved drawings and technical requirements.
- Welded structures are visually examined for continuity, appearance, and obvious defects, with additional checks applied when required by the product specification.
- Rotating and moving components are inspected for alignment, fastening, clearance, and smooth movement.
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, water, and air connections are reviewed for correct installation and sealing.
- Electrical cabinets and control circuits are checked for orderly wiring, secure terminals, component identification, and consistency with the specified design.
- Process findings are documented and addressed before the equipment advances to the next production stage.
3. Finished Product Inspection and Testing
Completed equipment undergoes final inspection according to its design and intended function. Testing methods vary by machine type and may include no-load operation, functional checks, control verification, safety-related reviews, and inspection of accessible mechanical and electrical systems. Performance under actual materials or specific operating conditions can be arranged when defined in the order or agreed technical plan.
- General condition: Overall workmanship, surface finish, cleanliness, nameplates, guards, and visible components are examined.
- Dimensions and configuration: Principal dimensions, interfaces, installed components, and optional features are compared with the approved specification.
- Mechanical operation: Transmission systems, shafts, conveyors, shredding or crushing assemblies, fans, pumps, and other moving parts are checked as applicable.
- Control functions: Start and stop functions, operating sequences, indicators, sensors, alarms, and emergency controls are verified subject to the machine configuration.
- System-specific checks: Airflow paths, filtration sections, liquid circuits, hydraulic systems, washing sections, separation units, or treatment modules are reviewed according to the equipment type.
- Documentation: Applicable operating instructions, packing information, and agreed technical documents are prepared for shipment.
4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check
Packaging is selected with consideration for the machine’s size, weight, structure, exposed components, and planned transport method. Before dispatch, we perform a final review to confirm that the equipment, loose parts, accessories, and available documents correspond with the order and packing list.
- Surfaces and vulnerable components are protected as appropriate for handling and transportation.
- Loose parts, tools, accessories, and removable assemblies are identified and packed to reduce movement or loss in transit.
- Openings, electrical enclosures, precision components, and connection points receive suitable protective measures where necessary.
- Package markings and shipping information are checked for clarity and consistency with the confirmed order.
- Loading arrangements are reviewed to support stable placement and practical unloading at the destination.
5. Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement
China Loong Environmental Machine Co., Ltd. treats customer feedback as an important part of quality management. When a quality concern is reported, our team reviews the available equipment information, operating conditions, photos, videos, inspection records, and other relevant details to help identify the cause. Appropriate corrective actions may include operating guidance, component review, production process adjustment, supplier follow-up, or updates to inspection requirements.
Findings from production, testing, installation feedback, and after-sales communication are shared with relevant departments. This approach helps us refine manufacturing controls, reduce repeat issues, and improve the reliability and serviceability of environmental machinery supplied to international B2B customers.
